Where to buy, how to use. Stuffers, casings, spices, grinders, etc.

Hi,
I have been lurking on this forum and have taken advice and am in the process of cold smoking some bacon (dry cured), ham (wet cured) and Salmon (london cured) in my Weber kettle using a pro-q smoke generator.
I am thinking of getting a vacuum sealer to help with storage/freezing of the end products moving forward.
Could anyone advise me of a cheap option (other than Lidl which is out of stock in York) that would do a decent job?
Many thanks
Keith

I am on a fairly limited budget so ideally want the cheapest machine to do an "adequate" small volume job.

Ah, I leave it for other guys to recommend one then. The one I was thinking of is £200!

Hi Keith
Try this. I have had one for a while now and I find it very good. Also I can recommend the company, they do seem to be on the ball.
Good luck

I have the same as WW
Curing is not an exact science... So it's not a sin to bin.
Great hams, from little acorns grow...
