sausage stuffer

Where to buy, how to use. Stuffers, casings, spices, grinders, etc.

sausage stuffer

Hi, Ive been making sausage for a few months now and I used my electric Mincer to stuff them, but I was glad I wasnt mincing and stuffing with arm power. Last week I got a proper 3 ltr sausage stuffer and its so much easier both to use and clean. I highly recommend everyone to get one as soon as they decide sausage making is not just a fad.

Carl, Agreed. I love my 3 kg reber stuffer and use it all the time. but as you so rightly say, make sure it's not a fad first.

I think Franco is still waiting for the LEM stuffers to come in. If they are good, sturdy and a reasonable price, I think they might give the newbie an opportunity to see how good a dedicated stuffer can be.

Yep cant agree more, my reber is the dogs and the time it saves allows me more time to consume belly distending fluids.

Most positive points for me are:

1) loading the reber with a good amount of mix so I do not have to be so dextrous

2) size of nozzle allows me to put more caseings on at one time

3) speed..................................................

Cheers WW
