Dried Ingredients

Where to buy, how to use. Stuffers, casings, spices, grinders, etc.

Dried Ingredients

Have you thought of expanding the dry ingredients you supply to include dried leeks, dried apple etc, similar to the kibbled onions? At the moment the only way to buy the leeks is in big sacks.

Dependant on price (as always) I would be interested in taking some 1kg bags if you do decide to go down this route.

Possibly it would be worthwhile posting weight and price and asking the forum for the orders before ordering said product?
