Postby Lone Stalker » Wed Jul 27, 2005 2:30 pm

I have been making sausages for many years, However I would like to turn my hand to Salami.

Presumable I must aquire a larger Nozzel/Stuffing tube for my electric mincer.

Where and how do I find one? Err, Help......

Welcome to the forum Lone Stalker.

If you tell us the make and model of your mincer/stuffer somebody might be able to help.

On the other hand you can always make salami in hogs casings.

My Mincer is a Kenwood Chef with a Mincer and sausage tube 3/4 inch diameter exit (?) By Kenwood.

It makes excellent sausages
Hope this helps.
