Where to buy, how to use. Stuffers, casings, spices, grinders, etc.

Hi
I am sending 3 pigs to slaughter in a couple of weeks and will be making sausage amongst other things.
Last time we borrowed a mincer/stuffer but this time we have decided to get one, however we are unsure if we can get a bog standard one or if we should invest in a semi commerical one...your experience would be very appreciated and any recommendations for purchase for a mincer and stuffer!
Thanks in advance

I would get a semi commercial grinder not less than a size 22 and driven by a 1 hp motor . It will make short work of everything and last forever. You will only buy it once . My $0.02
