All looks to flimsy and plastic to me , plus I don't like the idea on having to rely on water for pressure ( loose pipes and all that) not conjusive to Health & Safety in my mind.

Still I'm sure somebody thinks it's great!

It certainly looks like an inexpensive way to get a powered stuffer. I wonder if it can stuff sheep casings?

I recently sent a request to the factory about the water stuff with a view to selling it on the site, it is highly regarded in the US and they are going to send me one over to try out before I decide wether or not to sell on this site. i'll keep you posted on the results.

Hi,

Yes, I use it for both sausage and jerky. I haven't used it with sheep casings but it should be alright. you can control the speed by adjusting the water discharge rate or input rate. I prefer the discharge rate.

Well, I did it yesterday. Making Big Wheels Jalpeno and Cheese brats. A little piece of pork that missed the grinder got in with the forcemeat mixture. We we're going along doing good when all od a sudden it stopped. Then a minute later it blew the end right out of the stuffer. Fortunately no damage to wife, myself or the stuffer. Certainly will be more careful in the future though.

Just a word of caution if anyone decides to use this type of stuffer.

Feeling a little embaressed.

Hi franco

i'm new to the site, and well, new to sausage making. i've eaten a fair few in my time and am now embarking on the challenge of making my own!!! cana wait man!

just wondered what happened to the sample you got, or didnt get as the case may be?, did it work? it looks good, clever you can use water to regulate the speed, or is just a good idea?

I know it's an old thread but am looking into which possible stuffer to buy.

cheers
