Uniworld STV3 Group Buy, anyone interested?

Postby JLPicard » Thu Feb 02, 2012 4:05 pm

I am researching the possibility of a price break for a small quantitiy of the STV3 Stainless Steel stuffers that this company sells. I am certain they are probably made in China or elsewhere, and they do have the metal gears. You can purchase these on EBay for $120 US.

If there is an interest I will see if Uniworld will provide a price break for a small quantity of these. If there is any interest please post. I will of course provide updates.

Here's a link to the company: http://uniworldfoodequipments.com/?p=3159

Thanks, that's the best price I have seen by a couple dollars. I have been playing phone-tag with the Uniworld guy. I am going to to see what kind of price breaks I may get at quantity.

I talked with a company rep yesterday, and the price break at 10 of these is miniscule. I could get them at $100 shipped. Not enough of a break over Amazon or EBay to warrant the trouble.

That's a shame, but it was nice of you to try :)

I actually used that promotion that Amazon has and purchased two of them. I paid $176.97 and $34.14 shipping. $211.11 for two of them. I will now sell one locally for $110.

Capt. Picard, please let us know what you think of it after you've had a chance to use it.

Recent attempts to connect to the Uniworld website have been blocked by warnings that it's a scam site, and the site lacks any sort of address, so purchasing via Amazon may have been wise.
