Which size tube for 30-32mm hog casings?

Where to buy, how to use. Stuffers, casings, spices, grinders, etc.

Which size tube for 30-32mm hog casings?

Postby maxpowa » Mon Feb 20, 2012 3:25 pm

Hi everybody,

I finally got to buy a second hand sausage stuffer last week...

But when it arrived it only included one out of four stuffing tube, which also was deformed...

I'm now looking to buy a new tube for use with 30-32mm hog casings, but can't decided which size to order, the seller where I want to order has 16mm, 22mm, 32mm and 38mm tubes that fit my stuffer...

I can't recall if I need a equally sized tube or a smaller one, so any advice on what to get is more than welcome.

Thanks,
Steve

Hey thanks Sausageboy,

That's an excellent chart, I'm gonna save it straight away for future reference.

Thanks!
