If you want to warm things up?

Where to buy, how to use. Stuffers, casings, spices, grinders, etc.

If you want to warm things up?

Hi there, I am in the process of gathering things together to set up a (fridge) curing chamber, out of interest, what do you guys/gals use to warm up your fridge when required?, I was thinking that perhaps a vivarium heating mat might suffice but as I have no experience of either curing chambers or reptiles I have no idea whether the mat will be sufficient, but if not, what do you use?

Many thanks

Trace heating tape. 25 W worth in a full height fridge, but it's a bit too much even in the garage with the temperature going towards freezing. Thinking of changing to switchable 5, 10 or 20 watts worth of big resistors.

Ditto here, controlled by: http://www.forttex.com/index.php?main_p ... ucts_id=78

Just noticed the price drop...£15.00!!!!! Absolute bargain, think I'll buy another as a spare, at that price.

Update: Just ordered another one.

Update: Noticed similar on Ebay, but from Hong Kong, and about same price.

Yet another update: Forttex are offering them slightly cheaper on Ebay. :x Been in touch, expecting a credit. Too bl**dy impetuous!! Still a good price though.
