Hi being new to this i thought id start out with a manual grinder with stuffing attachments, but once i like this hobby and get to know more about it i will upgrade my equipment. So here's the item i will be getting can you guys give me your opinion on it thanks.

You are headed for a frustrating time. Grinders grind and stuffers stuff. Two seperate pieces of equiptment. Stuffing through a grinder requires lots of patience. It can be done just take it easy and use large cases, the small sheep and lamb cases are difficult to use through a grinder. I think you should get a small stuffer and a good elec grinder, don't skimp or cheap out on the grinder, buy a good one and it will last a lifetime and more. Go cheap it won't work very well and will not last. IMHO
