Turn table pan/tray?

Turn table pan/tray?

Postby Kyle » Sat May 05, 2012 4:34 pm

I've seen some guys using some sort of turntable tray when making sausage. As the sausage exits the suffer it goes onto this circle pan which spins. It looks pretty slick and it looks like it would make things a bit easier. What is the actual name of this thing and where does one get it?
