Where to buy, how to use. Stuffers, casings, spices, grinders, etc.

Hi, just got a LEM #8 big bite. I'd like to buy some extra plates and knives. Who sells the best ? Do you prefer stainless? I am new here and appreciate any help.

Stainless is preferred, try the SausageMaker.

Yes, get stainless. Many people also recommend to have a separate blade for each plate so they wear together. I have been happy with the cabelas plaes/knives that came with my grinder.
Do not get the cheap junk from the webstaurant store. That was a waste of $20 for me.
