just out of the smoker

Only one thing to say about food that looks that good... Magnificent! Great photography too. Bet I could eat all the salad in photo #6 then start on the container too! Is Mrs. Big Guy helping with the project?
Best wishes, Chuckwagon
If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and walks like a duck, it probably needs a little more time on the grill.

Hi Big Guy
I'm drooling at the mouth.
I am in Toronto in a couple of weeks time, if I pop across will you keep me a couple of legs? (just kidding)
Its a magnificent display.

Have a nice day.

My wife makes all the sides. We have daughter#1 and here ball team camping in our yard and competing in a base ball tournament this weekend. Its an annual thing, they really like my smoked chicken and party all weekend.
PS. they aren't very good at base ball, and all the late nights around the campfire with a libation doesn't help their play but does wonders for their spirits. They do have a good time
