Hey Big Guy, you know how to get us all drooling. I see you have potato chips what are the white little cubes in the sauce?I think it is the same stuff in the saucer bottom left in the first pic.

Zulululu - you are looking at Poutine. Chips with cheese curds and gravy. One of the national dishes of Canada and Big Guy's version looks terrific. I waited until after lunch before looking at his post.

Poutine consists of french fries , a layer of cheddar cheese curd, it must be fresh, still squeeky, then poutine sauce. The sauce is sort of a spicy gravy. A real french Canadian favourite
