:lol: It looked worst that it was. The welder was inside attaching the rails to that wall when I took the picture. It looks more dramatic then it is, it was only the paint burning and peeling off. 8)

Looking at using two cut open stainless beer kegs as fuel cells. I may use a 30 gallon drum cut in half though.

It would be insane to try and fill the bottom with fuel.lol

Firebox on the back might be the way to go....

I have seen some very fancy ways to pipe the heat across the whole cooker with power vents or draft pipes...

It's going to serve most of it's time as a grill not a smoker.

I can smoke in it by using the warming side to place the heat and running a flex pipe to the other end so the smoke hangs around. I don't think I will ever smoke in it as I have four other units to smoke it. 8)

Think of this thing as hog cooker or giant Weber.

How heavy are your doors? I have seen some with heavy doors that have a counterweight on a cable with a pully system to hold the weight in the rear.

Great looking grill, BTW.
