Many thanks all, it's very early stages at the moment and needs a full evaluation of whether it's going to be viable, not only from a business point of view, but whether it's the right time for him to be starting out on his own as he has a young family.

I'll keep people posted, but don't want 'to put anyone on a horse and then not let them ride it'.
