Chinese Cinnamon Sauce

Here's one I haven't made in a while but haven't forgot. Good on chicken and even better on duck. Sorry I didn't get it in metric, maybe someone will try it and get those measures. Dead simple to make:
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup molasses (or treckle)
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup soy sauce
Mix the cinnamon with the honey and molasses before adding the soy sauce.
I used the sauce on some chicken wings; it will work well on thighs or breasts. To use it on duck, steam the duck lightly, marinate it briefly, then brush on the sauce as it cooks on the grill.
