Bradly

Received my Bradly countertop hot smoker today. Done some chicken and added to a pie. Nice piece of kit, shead smells of smoke now as it belches smoke from everywhere, which I was aware of when I bought it.

I do need to get out more, but they don't have enough carers to supervise.

Why is it such a leaker of smoke though? is there no way to hook it into a decent extraction system & have it as a countertop model?
