It's been a while (i've been slack).
Am I going to waste some maple syrup by trying to get some smoke in there? obviously it's quite thin sugar water compared to more manufactured items, so i'm hoping a bowl of the stuff will take when put in smoke.
Also going to try some T&L golden syrup at the same time, plus the usual marmite (yes, I absolutely must).
Can you see the maple suffering excessive evaporation which would render it pointless at it's premium pricepoint?
