Posted: Sat Dec 30, 2006 8:54 pmBeech is a nice smoking wood. Very light smoke with a nice light smoky flavor. My suggestion to you is if you can find a orchard or something like that try and get their clippings. I can get mine for free and a little bit lasts a long time.
