Itsï¿½ 20*F outside and we got a foot of snow last nightï¿½.Whats a BBQ man to do? Cook up some pig parts and yard bird on the offset and toss on some pastrami for good measure. Part 1 is the meat prep.

Stop you are driving me crazy. I'm away from home and don't have access to my smoker. Your stuff looks great but you need a cocktail, how about a Margarita
