I got talking to my brother in-law this weekend and he was telling me about all of his plans that he has for his yard. The one thing that he asked me was about building a smokehouse (8'x8'). Nothing huge but big enough to do jerky, hams, sausages, bacon and so on. BTW he's also a hunter so having a large smoke house makes sense.
Just wondering if anyone here has one or has used/built one. Any tips or tricks that I should know.
