I got a call on Christmas eve that the new Bigger WSMs were in....I rushed out...left a housefull of people to go get it...The kids are going to flip when they see Tell you what...that thing is huge...merry christmas

Im still trying to get my mind around two thingsnot only do I have one of these nowbut just how big it is.to give you an idea of how big it isthe kids are standing next to both the new one and the old oneD is about 4 ft tall
Image
I wont be able to fire it till..Sunday.but Ill be eating good for the football game

Santa added another weapon to the arsenal...

Wow that thing is awesome. Always wanted to get a WSM but the little lady told me that what I have is enough. If you don't mind me asking what did the new monster soak you for?

The Fire Chief is awesome looking. Could you post some more pictures of it completed I would love to build one of those for my back yard.

Well just got done with the meat prepbrisket is trimmed and marked (Full packer)that will go on the bottom rack Brisket will be hit with the Swine Syndicate Comp Beef Rub.ribs are demembraned and trimmed up Ribs will be hit with the SS Rub Out Rub..those will do on the top rack in a rib rack and will be surrounded by chicken thighsmost will go into a smoked chicken lasagna (marinating in some EVOO with some Garlic Powder, Onion, S&P and Oregano and Thyme )later in the week but some will be consumed for dinner (Chivettas)..
I was informed by the Mrs. that I would be cooking with water in the pan.I asked her how she knew thatshe saidyou dont have any sandgood women.she has the answers for everything
Tomorrow I take the New 22.5 WSM for its maiden smokeIm still figuring out what to name it..
We are doing the BBQ trifecta tomarrow

Big Dog they will be avaliable in cAnAdA but $100 more than in the US....
