Thanks for the replies everyone. It's what most of us are about; if you can do it yourself why buy it as it will probably be better anyway. In my other life I spin and weave, I'm about to weave a stair carpet for my daughter. That could take a while!

Spinning and weaving I've been drawn to for many years ... but the price of setting up kept that urge at bay!

I don't know whats wrong with me, I'm certainly Jack of all trades, and most certainly master of non! I know folks who experience non of these things in life, and don't seem to care ... :?
