Haven't been on here for a while, as things have been pretty hectic (thanks to all you wonderful people with your kind comments on the CSG).
I've just spoken to Dave Darby from Low Impact Living Initiative http://lowimpact.org/index.htm who run one day courses on food smoking. Unfortunately, they are in a bit of a pickle, as the person who usually runs the course has let them down.
I would love to have done it, but it's on the day I fly out to China on the 8th May. It's being held at Hackney City Farm, London
