Hi all,

Haven't been on here for a while, as things have been pretty hectic (thanks to all you wonderful people with your kind comments on the CSG).

I've just spoken to Dave Darby from Low Impact Living Initiative http://lowimpact.org/index.htm who run one day courses on food smoking. Unfortunately, they are in a bit of a pickle, as the person who usually runs the course has let them down.
I would love to have done it, but it's on the day I fly out to China on the 8th May. It's being held at Hackney City Farm, London

Is there any one out there who can help out???

I'd be more likely to be attending the course than helping run it .

i would love to help but i think holland is a bit out of the neighbourhood....

(and flying in would be strange for a low impact living initiative...)
