cook up some ground beef and taco seasoning
pound some pork loin thin and add some cheese
add some of the beef
roll up
wrap in bacon
put in the smoker
@250 for about 3 hrs
remove from smoker
plate

What type of "Extra Curricular" activities were you involved in when creating those? I know that recipe could not have been created without some sort of intoxicant affecting your judgement.
They look and sound great, but I could see the cumin in the taco seasoning clashing with the bacon a little bit.
How about an ABT wrapped in pork loin and then the bacon on the outside?
So a jalapeno pepper stuffed with cheddar cheese, then wrapped in the pork loin, then wrapped in bacon and smoked.
or how about some pulled-pork or smoked brisket in place of the taco seasoned ground meat?
I guess I just do not care for the flavor of most commercial taco seasonings, they go to heavy on cumin and low quality paprika for my tastes.
