Posted: Mon Jul 19, 2010 5:37 pmZulululu - you are looking at Poutine. Chips with cheese curds and gravy. One of the national dishes of Canada and Big Guy's version looks terrific. I waited until after lunch before looking at his post.

Poutine consists of french fries , a layer of cheddar cheese curd, it must be fresh, still squeeky, then poutine sauce. The sauce is sort of a spicy gravy. A real french Canadian favourite
