I made a batch of dill slicers and some beef terryaki snack stix

snack stix from a mix (the sausagemaker's)

that should keep me in snack stix for a couple of weeks. LOL

those were a pre-packaged spice mix from "The Sausage maker" in Buffalo, ground beef, cure, spice mix. stuffed into 19 mm red collagen cases, smoked over cherry wood.
