the best smoker

I have used a bradley smoker before and have had great results but I want a smoker that can cold smoke as well as hot smoke is there a product out there for me. I have looked online but have not found anything I trust at the momment I cold smoke my salmon in a copper fish kettle by pumping the smoke in but the smoke is not that clean can anyone help

You can duct the smoke in to the Bradley, or place it in the bottom, not sure what others do, I do not have a Bradley.
