Its called a fattie and is something like a meat omlett. It consisted of two pounds of breakfast sausage rolled around smoked briskett, mushroom, cheese, scrambled eggs, asparagus, peppers, onion and spices then blanketted with two pounds of bacon. I made this for the pit crew to eat. They are very easy to make and taste fantastic. (I think the addition of the asparagus makes it healthy too)
