Its called a fattie and is something like a meat omlett. It consisted of two pounds of breakfast sausage rolled around smoked briskett, mushroom, cheese, scrambled eggs, asparagus, peppers, onion and spices then blanketted with two pounds of bacon. I made this for the pit crew to eat. They are very easy to make and taste fantastic. (I think the addition of the asparagus makes it healthy too)

A real nice looking spread Jogeephus. It reminds me that I need to get some fatties on the smoker, it's been way to long.

For a moment I thought the king was back, look out Graceland. LOL

Nice spread, I bet those college boys can chow down.

They worked on it pretty good. What was funny is they also had two sororities there and I could tell many of the girls thought meat came from a package off the grocer's shelf. It was fun watching them.

Saucisson, good eye. Exactly 2.1 grams. Didn't want to give anyone gout or something.
