I bought one of these last month, and have cooked every weekend on it since.

Its the Lil Tex model, which is plenty big enough for me.

So far I've cooked ribs, pulled pork, beef short rib, chicken, salmon and ABTs

It really is a great bit of kit, practically idiot proof (though I'm sure I'll find a way round that  )

Any other Treager users here?

It appears not Frank.

How about posting some pictures of yours and the food you've made. I'm sure that this would generate a lot of interest.

I'm not surprised, they are not common over here. However, they really are great. You can just set-it-and-forget-it, and it will smoke nice and low for hours.

Here are a few pictures - I keep meaning to take more

My favourite so far has been Beef Short rib, I'm just getting the hang of cooking these now and they are bloomin' great :D

Thanks Frank - those beef ribs look superb - plenty of meat to chew on.

I'm trying to get the garden sorted and hope to include a bbq for 'low and slow' cooking so I may be coming back for advice.
