Looks a good few there, have been doing the Char Sui one for years, you cant beat it, its the sliced red edged pork the chinese use in their noodle dishes.

Those recipes are spectacular!! Of course we in the states refer to the cookery as "Grilling" rather than BBQ which we define as slow cooked over low heat. The encrusted beef tenderloin reminds me of an award winning pork tenderloin dish served in Davenport Iowa at The Iowa Machine Shed which gained national attention circa 1990 winning several culinary awards. The bratwurst recipes make me want to sing German songs!!
