2.3kg slab of "Bad"mozzarella that is.
Intimidated me into buying it for just over £5 & swore at me when I didn't take his two friends along.
(ok it's not primo stuff but a solid slab of admittedly Arla brand mozzarella-like cheese for smoke induced fun at that price) !?
I've only played around with balls to date (ooer) & a small lump of mozz, so this will be a departure, & am curious as to what you guys think would be optimum thickness for smearing some smoke on?
