Hello one and all ! I wonder if any body could help me at this time , we have a small Butchers Shop in a rural village town in the West Of Ireland and propose to be making our own suasages i.e. a good tasty Pork sausage and a good tasty Beef sausage in batches of 16lbs , therefore can any body help in submitting good recpies of both the Pork and the Beef sausage , at this moment we just want a plain but tasty recipes and we'll see how we progress , Many Thanks
