Hi all,
Back again after quite a while I must say !...
Used be known on here as Yorkie_Porkie and now back to start again, have never got rid of my sausage making kit and 50's slicer, they are all safe and sound in my garage...
But am going to start back with some dry curing and some Pastrami this time, and try some smoking, as I never tried that before...
Going to try some hot smoking on the BBQ 1st and then see how things go and might take it further
Back again !
