Thanks Phil! :D How about ribs, mac & cheese and some sweet corn?

You rotter! Those ribs look 'to die for'.

What sauce is it?

The ribs were pretty close, rushed a bit on time. The sauce was "Chicago style" and very close to what I remember eating when I lived in the area. Sorry it's in cups and spoons. For two racks

1/3 c ketchup
1/3 c pineapple juice
1/4 c light brown sugar
2 T apple cider vinegar
1 T chili powder (ancho)
2 T sugar
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 t dry mustard
1 t kosher salt
1 t ground black pepper
1/2 t celery seeds
1/2 t garlic powder

I found the recipe in "Saveur" magazine number 139 June/July 2011.
