Portuguese red bell pepper paste (Massa de Pimentão)

FYI

Portuguese chouriço and linguiça on the whole (there are many exceptions) tend to be made with a sweet/bell pepper paste known as massa de pimentão rather than the dried pimentón/paprika that is more often found in the Spanish equivalents.
