Hi, I;m in Birmingham UK and am looking forward to having a go at making sausages for the first time, although I'm struggling a bit with my 'for many years stored in the loft' Kenwood mincer attachment!!

Welcome Norman,

Your name has a real sausage pedigree.

Can we help at all with the Kenwood problem?

I'm in central NY Norman, about 4.5 hr.'s northeast of NYC. near Syracuse. ever been to the states?
I'm not familiar with the Kenwood but I sure we could sort it out without to much trouble.

Both myself, and I think Saucisson have them. They're fine for smaller jobs, tests, recipe development etc and many people will never need anything else for mincing/grinding. I find them hard work for stuffing though.
