dusting of the mincer

Postby Wilf » Sun Aug 18, 2019 5:24 pm

Hi everyone, after an absence of being too busy its time to dust off the mincer and start a few porkers again, must be 10 years since we last made anything, we used to make sausages & chipolatas with the flavourings from here, right up to the time Franco was trying to source Naga chillis for one of the seasonings. we have also got a Bradley Smoker and used to make salamis and parma style Hams. So with a week off from business its sausage making time again

Welcome back. The forum is much quieter than when you were last here, but there's still a few of us here.
