Hi All,
I'm new to this forum so forgive me if this question has already been asked.
I have an intolerance to pork, and i am finding increaseingly hard to find sausages that don't contain pork or pork fat at the supermarkets.
I'm looking for advice on what to buy
eg the Complete sausage making kit that this site sales
and any more equipment to get started in making your own.
Plus any recipes for turkey, beef, lamb sausages.
and any pointers or tips as I haven't attemped sausage making before
