Where to buy, how to use. Stuffers, casings, spices, grinders, etc.

I realise that this subject has been brought up more than once.
However i am finding it difficult to find a PH meter for sensible cost.
Can anyone point me in the right direction.
I find it hard to justify a £100 + spend.
Many thanks
Dave

Have a look at Hanna or Milwaukee. I don't think you'll get a specific one for meat under £100 but certainly 'generic' ones can be had for less.
For just over £100 you could get a Hanna meat meter of a Milwaukee 102. I understand that both are good products.

https://www.hannainstruments.co.uk/home ... r-for-meatI am sure that cheaper meters from either company will be accurate if used according to instructions.
