HELLO HELLO,
i made this recipe i got from the web.
i liked it.
but....
i think it needed more tart or sour to make it like i want it.
can anyone give me suggestions????

ive thought that maybe ascorbic acid might do it..
but i heard it makes the meat mushy..
im interested in finding a woman with marriage in mind.
as long as she will support me in the style that i would like to become accustomed too.
