Many thanks for your time and trouble those recipies sound terriffic. I for one would never have thought of adding milk to a burger in a million years but will now give it a go.

Counld you expand a little on your vegaterian options please?

If you are selling them make sure people know they have milk in them. Met up today with a friend who is Lactose Intolerent, she goes into shock if she gets milk or cheese and ends up in hospital
