It looks like a plastic container to me . Is there anything special about it. Sorry but i cant read french.

Yanks can barely handle real English.

It has a micro-filter in the lid to prevent odours escaping and to control humidity in the box. It's permanent in the bigger box and uses disposables in the smaller one

Their used to be Glad baggies that had micro pores that allows breathing but no longer on the market :( , at lease were I live.
