Hi
what
stale, darkened wine that one gets after the bottle is opened and left to sit in the frig.

Boerewors, the best in the UK

Postby PaulV » Thu Jul 05, 2012 2:32 pm

I also struggled to find a butcher that does decent boerewors in the UK until I discovered Andrews Quality Meats. He has 3 butchers. Marlborough, Highworth and Wooton Bassett. I buy from the Marlborough one.

His wors is excellent, just the right amount of spice and really juicy. He will also make to any recipe you want (Call him before you go as I know for a fact he has no boerewors left today because it in my fridge) He also does the best T-Bone around, matured for a minimum of 28 days..yummeee!
