To All
Some of you will be aware of my fondness of Maynard Davies one of the last apprentice bacon curers around.(a man incidently I have never met)
I have heard from his publishers that his next book , which will be about sausage recipes and bacon will be released in spring 2006, this may sound a long way away, but all the same worth waiting for.
