Does anyone know a recipe for a normal tasty beef sausages as I'm struggling to find one anywhere.

hi, i bought the beef spice mix from this site, and was very pleased with it.
minced a bit of briskit, mixed in the spice mix some rusk, and water. it tasted like a very good lorne sausage. cheers.
