WOW what a few months!

Hello every body,

WOW what a few months I have had! I think that I am well and truely bitten by sausage making...is there any help? I want to thank every body that I have pinched help and ideas from over the last few months. Thank you.

I have made several good sausage recipes including Cumberland type, Leek with a touch of sage, Red onion with a touch of garlic and I have nearly got a good tomato one sorted.

I have even gone on and made Pork Pies! I have played with a few different recipes I found on the forum...Thanks again.

I have even bought the Hobby sausage filler, the one with the plastic gears after reading members findings on this forum...Thanks again.

My next venture is to have a go at beef burgers, so I will be ready for the BBQ season.

Why did I get hooked on sausage making, thats what my work mates and family ask. Well I think that I am normal and want to know what goes into our food, sausage is one of the thinks you can not trust from unknown makers. It is the % ratings that I can not trust as well as the E numbers, preservatives etc, etc. I now know what goes in ours and it makes me happy. That is possibly why all you good people out in forum land have done the same.

Well that is it on this posting, I will post again very soon with some observations and question, I will see if I can get the right sections!

Thanks again to you all.
